GRAND OLDE FLAG Cross Stitch Chart - PREORDER

"Grand Olde Flag" is a cross stitch design by Brenda Gervais of With Thy Needle & Thread.  Brenda notes that these pincushions were a fun & relatively quick stitch. She notes also that the floss palette (mainly the blue) for this grouping was inspired by a cover of an old piece of sheet music, titled "In the Good Old United States" by Roger Lewis - Harry H. Mincer. The shade of blue was a bit non-traditional and lends itself to a faded and worn look.
