2025 SUMMER STITCH CAMP DEPOSIT - WAIT LIST

Registration for the 2025 Summer Stitch Camp is full.

If you would like your name placed on the wait list, please send an email to stchgirl@yahoo.com with your name and phone number.  We will notify you if we have an opening.

Event Dates: June 5, June 6 and June 7, 2025.  Times: Breakfast at 8 am with class to follow, until 4:30 pm each day.

Camp Designers: Vickie Jennett from NeedleWorkPress, Stacy Nash from Stacy Nash Primitive Designs, and Kathleen Littleton from Cross Stitch Antiques.

Event Location: Arthur's Supper Club, Spring Green WI

The event fee is $775 which includes the initial deposit of $665.00, all your kits, and instruction from the designers. Your breakfasts and lunches are also included. An additional $110.00 deposit will be taken in May. Deposit schedule will be included with your order confirmation.

If you sign up and are no longer able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. You will have two options:

1.  We will try and fill your spot with someone from our wait list. If this is possible, you will be refunded any money paid towards the camp minus a $50 cancellation fee.

2.  You can receive the Stitch Camp projects if you pay the entire event fee ($775) and cannot attend. The projects will be mailed to you after Stitch Camp. 

Due to how our website is set up, your order confirmation does not guarantee a spot in the event. Your official confirmation for the event will come in an email from Country Sampler (stchgirl@yahoo.com) and will also include motel information and a future payment schedule. 

One registration per guest will be accepted.
