"AB 1816 Quaker Sampler" is an antique reproduction sampler by Cross Stitch Antiques. The designer stitched the model on 46 count linen and the stitch count is 271 wide X 273 high.
This sampler has lovely motifs of delicately arching floral stems, oval leafed cartouche, paired birds and potted florals. The stitcher, AB, completed her sampler in the year 1816, and marked the initials of loved ones scattered throughout with those who had passed away, in a deep brown thread.
