"Under His Wings" is a cross stitch sampler designed by Jennifer Richardson of Violets & Verses. Jennifer designed this sampler from six different antique samplers. The initials at the bottom of the sampler represent the different stitchers who contributed to this special piece.
MN- Martha Worbong (Bristol Sampler - not yet released) border, corner, flower pieces
MR- Margaret Richardson 1818 - Numbers
COH- CO Henderson - crowns, flowers for middle urn
RH- Rhoda Hiscock 1833- birds, urns with berries on each side of center urn
RB- Rith Boardman 1827 - band in middle with satin stitch
HE- Harriet Ely 1833 - center urn - Jennifer used this teapot and smaller urns for inspiration and made a few changes.
JR- Jennifer Richardson - Verse- Psalm 91 is one of her favorite passages in the Bible.
