THE SPELLBOUND HAT Quilted Sewing Pattern

A quilted Witch Hat sewing pattern.  Three unique variations.  By Melissa Mortenson.  The finished hat is approximately 16 inches tall by 20 inches wide.  The interior circle has a 22-23 inch circumference.  It fits "most" adults and includes instructions to slightly size the fit down.
